We offer pre-sale inspections, residential inspections, midsized commercial inspections, pool inspections, sewer scopes, new construction inspections, recorded inspections (extra fee).

Reports are a sent via email that are pdf. Reports cover defects in multiple areas of the property. Reports include photos and locations of found defects or actions recommended.
